This Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, used and disclosed by Us (“we” or “us”). This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect when you use our mobile application known as OBSCURE and its website (collectively, the “Services”).

If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as by adding a statement to our website or mobile applications or by sending you a notification). Collection of InformationInformation You Provide to Us We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you login, create an account, manage your user profile, utilize the interactive features of the Services, request our newsletter or other marketing communications, participate in a promotion or survey, request customer support or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information we may collect include your name, user name, Google+ ID, your age (to verify which mode of OBSCURE you will be permitted to use), telephone number (to provide you with a list of your contacts that use OBSCURE), and other contact or identifying information you choose to provide. Prize winners of contests or sweepstakes may also have to provide their Social Security Numbers, which are used exclusively for prize fulfillment and related tax purposes. We temporarily collect, process and store messages and images sent between you and other users until they view your transmitted message or image. Images will remain on recipients’ devices until you delete images from the recipients’ devices or until the recipients delete them. We cannot guarantee that a transmission or deletion will occur within a particular timeframe. Also we cannot prevent recipients from making copies of your messages or images. As with digital information stored on any device, there may be ways to access deleted messages or images. We advise against sending messages or images if you want to be certain that recipients cannot keep copies. Your ChoicesAccount Information You may update, correct or delete your account information, which includes your user identifier, password, and profile photograph, by logging into the Services and managing your profile. If you wish to deactivate your account, you may do so by adjusting the settings and app permissions within your Google+ account, but note that we are unable to delete accounts and may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may also retain cached or archived copies of your website account information for a certain period of time. Cookies Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject browser cookies. Please note that if you choose to remove or reject cookies, this could affect the availability and functionality of our Services. Push Notifications With your consent, we may send push notifications (or “alerts”) to your mobile device to provide game activity information, service updates, promotional communications and other related messages.
